
The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun!
Our classes are ran by experienced PTs who will cater for all fitness levels. Our workouts are adaptive, meaning that anyone can get involved and leave the session feeling they have had a great workout!

I have been a member of F45 since Jan 2023 and would 100% recommend. Before joining, I had tried and tested the full range of fitness options: from self-guided workouts at the gym, to studio classes. For me, F45 is without doubt the most time-efficient and fun way to exercise (and I don’t miss the cold or the rain!).
